Jamblog.ca has levelled up! The site just went through a massive overhaul, again. This time it's back and better than ever! New features such as favorite songs, song annotations and a layout that hopefully makes song and site navigation easier, fun and more informative. The site is slowly working its way to become open for other users (Jammers?) to house their own collection of music and everything else this site offers. That still might not be for a while, so until then I hope you enjoy our music and hope you guys/gals drop by for a rating or two and some comments.

A few other things to note: the rating system has been redone with a 10-point system to better differentiate the bad from the worst and the better from the best, thus all ratings have been reset doubled; news entries now have associated images with them to add a little more spice; and of course the favorites and annotations, which are pretty self-explanatory.

So far the songs 'Burnaby Winter Club' and 'Funky Sasquatch Town' have received a fair dose of annotations to test the waters. This is all still experimental so I'll see what needs tweaking, but check it out and let us know what you think. Also the other two in the list have been re-mixed and hopefully sound a little better so give them a listen if you are so inclined!

Hello Jambloggers.

In the spirit of the Vancouver Canucks' domination this year and their excellent (so far) run to the cup, we have a special track for you to listen to. It is a parody of the song "Dynamite" by Taio Cruz. If you enjoy the track, pass it (and this site) on to others you know who may be interested. Which leads me to the second part of this update ...

Jamblog has been updated! Nothing functionally is that different for you, the end user. But behind the scenes it has been updated to the latest, cutting-edge, hot, smooth, sexy-like frameworks available right now. Which means it is more future-proof, in a way.
What you will notice is the new navigation, layouts and formatting of most areas of the website. This is just the beginning of what Jamblog will be turning into. Stay tuned for more updates, and enjoy our silly (read:awesome) music for now!

One more thing. My hosting provider failed me and I have lost some data. Some of the latest comments and ratings may have been affected, but not too many. Sorry about that! Without further ado.
